Orders & Shipping — “From Our Manor to Yours”

Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders are hand-packed with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel leaves the Manor.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer flat-rate and free shipping options at checkout, based on location and order size. All parcels are sent with tracking.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes. If you’re short on time or scent is urgently needed, select Express at checkout. Priority packing is included.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within Australia. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our journal to be the first to know.
Q: Where do orders ship from?
A: All parcels leave from our studio in Victoria, Australia.

Returns & Exchanges — “If the Scent Isn’t Quite Right”

Q: Can I return a product?
A: We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to begin the process.
Q: What if my item is damaged?
A: Reach out with a photo within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right — a replacement or credit will be arranged.
Q: Can I exchange a scent?
A: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept open fragrance items back. If unsure, try our Discovery Set first.

Product & Usage — “How to Use Rituals”

Q: Are your products natural?
A: We use a proprietary blend of natural waxes and premium safe-synthetic fragrance oils, always IFRA-compliant and phthalate-free.
Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Our burn times range from 20–120+ hours, depending on size. Please refer to product listings for specifics.
Q: Can I use your perfumes on skin?
A: Yes. All Eau de Parfums and perfume oils are skin-safe, but always patch test first if you’re sensitive.
Q: What’s the best way to scent a room?
A: We recommend layering: a candle, a mist, and a diffuser work in harmony. Our Room Ritual Sets are perfect for this.
Q: How should I care for my candle?
A: Burn candles for 2–3 hours at a time, trim wicks to 5mm, and keep away from drafts.
Q: How should I store perfumes or oils?
A: Store away from direct sunlight to preserve their character and depth.

Q: Can I include a gift message?
A: Yes. Every order includes tissue, ribbon, and a handwritten Field Note. Leave your message at checkout.
Q: Do you offer gift boxes?
A: Many products arrive boxed and ready to gift. We also offer gift sets and Discovery options — perfect for first-timers.

Q: Can I try before I buy?
A: Our discovery sets allow you to explore the Manor’s scents before choosing a full-size product. Each sample includes a Field Note to guide your ritual.
